On 11 June 2006 a White Ensign Flag and Pole dedication ceremony was held at the North Bay waterfront. Dedication by Mayor Vic Fideli , S/M Upton, Moniqiue Smith, and a representative from Tony A's office, with music provided by the Sea Cadet Band.
